Operations

Responsible for the systems, infrastructure, and operational support of the church.

Human Resources

Responsible for the people systems that support staff and leadership.


Areas include:

  • Staff support and development
  • HR policies and compliance
  • Hiring processes and onboarding
  • Staff care and organizational culture
  • Leadership support 


Together, Operations and Human Relations ensure Crosspoint has both the systems, and the people support necessary to fulfill its mission.
